Please follow these steps below to ensure you select the most appropriate option for your scenario for approval.

Important Note: If your request is related to such as but not limited to swimming pools, drive ways, re-roofing, painting, solar panels or landscape work, you are not required to submit a KVCC ACC Request but city inspectors could request you provide an approval in certain instances.

1) Review our ACC FAQs  to answer some often asked questions.
2) Review the Guideline for Multi-Story residences (if applicable)

3) Review the Deed Restrictions for your property.
4) Request Types:

a. KVCC Standard ACC Request  process – Use when your request is for a new fence, a storage shed, or a change to the front of the home (ie, remodel) or related item not affiliated with an addition or new build.
b. KVCC New Construction / Addition ACC Request  process – Use when your request is for an addition (any work that changes the size or shape of you home) or if it’s a new construction home.
