Step 1: Please make sure you have read the FAQs and Deed Restrictions.
Step 2: Download our ACC submission form, (Must have Microsoft Word) and complete the top half of the document.
Step 3: Scan the completed document and email it to us at build@knollwoodvillage.org. If possible include any relevant pictures.

Important Note: The Knollwood Village ACC Committee has up to 30 days to complete the initial review. The ACC will notify the applicant by email if the submission is incomplete and / or if it does not meet the requirements of the deed restrictions.
