- Purpose: This is one of two resident meetings per year for the residents of Knollwood Village to attend to hear updates on Civic Club operations and to ask questions. This meeting Agenda includes:
- A summary of our 2022 activities in the areas of finances, architectural control, security, social/community, and other current topics
- We will hold an election of officers for the 2023 Civic Club board. Proposed slate includes (all existing in these roles from 2022):

- Vice President: Elizabeth Quattrucci
- Treasurer: Michelle Jarrell
- Secretary: Laura Ferro
- Discuss other volunteer roles on the Civic Club
- Discuss possible efforts and activities for 2023
