For 70 years, the Knollwood Village Civic Club has been instrumental in keeping our neighborhood healthy, attractive, and safe. Knollwood Village is a deed-restricted community. We take the restrictions seriously. Before you consider building or remodeling, check the Deed Restrictions for your property and submit your plans to the Architectural Control Committee for approval. You will get timely, personal support.
