The Knollwood Village Voice is the quarterly newsletter published internally by the Knollwood Village Civic Club (KVCC) and delivered to 624 homes that border between Kirby, Main St, Stella Link and S. Braeswood.
Our newsletter is an important informational tool for the neighborhood homeowners and residents. The newsletter is printed in black and white and is also available for download from our web site in PDF format, click HERE.
All newsletters contain recent KVCC news including a message from the President, meeting information, an update on our financial status, a security report and any updates on area schools and/or any other relevant community interest topics. The newsletter also welcomes advertisements which help offset the cost of printing and distribution.
Submission of Advertisements
KVCC volunteers are responsible for writing articles, collecting ad artwork and the actual publishing efforts. As a result, subscription timelines are not set to specific dates but we have goals set to distribute newsletters in the 4 months listed below.

Pricing Rates
Single ad rates are available (column 3) or select the FULL Year Package (last column). Purchase a full year’s worth of advertisement (4 newsletters) upfront for a 10% savings on our already great value deal. This ensures space for your advertisement and less administrative effort (one invoice/check per year).
Here is how it works
If you are a new advertiser, contact us at advertise@knollwoodvillage.org with the following information. Once on our list, we will proactively send out email reminders typically giving 10 business days notice to provide ad artwork by a particular date.
Step 1: Provide artwork in PDF format only, no other formats accepted. Artwork dimensions / specifications should be one of the following sizes:
• Full page – 8″ x 10.5″
• 1/2 Page – 8″ x 5.125″ or 3.875″ x 10.5″
• 1/4 page – 3.875″ x 5.125″ or 8″ x 2.4375″
• 1/8 page – 3.875″ x 2.4375″
Step 2: Send us your artwork at advertise@knollwoodvillage.org. When emailing, please include the following information:
- Size of ad being requested
- Provide the ad artwork file
- Provide contact and billing information if new customer or if it has changed
Step 3: We will publish, print, and mail the newsletter out to our distribution list, which also may on average includes ~75+ homeowners of record who live outside of Knollwood Village.
Step 4: Once published and distributed, we will email you a link to an electronic copy and we will send out invoices electronically for request for payment within net 30 days payment terms. (If participating in package option, invoice is sent only after first newsletter).
Please note: KVCC reserves the right and ability to scale the artwork within reason slightly larger or smaller to the requested size. This is rare but sometimes necessary due to layout limitations .
