For 70 years (as of 2023), the Knollwood Village Civic Club (KVCC) has been instrumental in keeping our neighborhood healthy, attractive, and safe. Thanks to the annual contributions of its homeowners, the KVCC :
- Enforces the Deed Restrictions
- Provides solutions for added Security (ie, day / night time patrols by reputable Security Patrol company)
- Maintains the esplanades surrounding the neighborhood
- Welcomes new residents
- Coordinates neighborhood events to develop and grow the community
- Keeps the flow of communication going via our website, periodic newsletters & email alerts.
- Liaisons with government officials, and more.
Your dues will go directly to fund the following items:
- Neighborhood Security provided by S.E.A.L Security;
- Legal, Fees, & Insurance expenses which help protect our deed restrictions and residents
- Communication & Social – (newsletters, our social media web site, social events, as well as email news alerts) and
- The beautification and maintenance of the esplanades.
Our annual dues are the same as last year which is $290 per resident for the year. It’s important for all residents to pay dues to help ensure the Civic Club can continue to maintain if not improve our common areas and to help to protect our homes and keep neighbors safe with SEAL Security Patrols. Renters are encourage to request Landlords to pay dues on your behalf. It’s a small contribution that helps protect their investment in the neighborhood as well as benefit you and your family standard of living. Additionally, if you can afford to chip in a little extra it goes a long way!
