Knollwood Village 2023 Annual Dues

UPDATE AS OF November 18, 2023, homeowners can check the link below to see if you have paid in 2023.

Pay No Pay List

As a resident of Knollwood Village, your participation and support of the Civic Club is critical to maintaining and helping to keep our neighborhood safe.  For instance, your membership fees allow the civic club to provide a security presence, keep the medians attractive, enforce Deed Restrictions, and provide the most current news / communication to our residents.

Your dues will go directly to fund the following items:

  • Neighborhood Security provided by S.E.A.L Security;
  • Legal, Fees, & Insurance expenses which help protect our deed restrictions and residents;
  • Communication & Social – Our web site, social events, newsletters, mailouts as well as email news alerts and
  • The beautification and maintenance of the esplanades.

The reality of living in a big city is that we learn to live with crime.  However, there is something you can do to help keep our families and neighbors safe.  Pay your homeowners dues!  Over sixty percent of our neighborhood expenses are for S.E.A.L. security patrols to help watch over your property.

Our neighborhood also has an active architectural review board that seeks to ensure all newly constructed and remodeled homes are built within the guidelines established and voted on by our residents.

The other benefit of our civic club is the sense of community we feel through our sponsored social events, like the neighborhood night out, and yard decorating contests.

Please take a moment to pay your 2023 dues and help us continue to protect our investment and keep our neighborhood safe, beautiful, and a place we love to call home. The total amount due is $290.00.

There are two (3) ways to pay:

  1. Pay with Zelle because there are no fees to you or us!  Send to treasurer @knollwoodvillage.org and include the KV property address.
  2. Pay online with a credit card or PayPal at knollwoodvillage.org/contribute/
  3. Pay by check, they can be made payable to “Knollwood Village Civic Club” and mailed to:
    • KVCC
      PO Box 20801
      Houston, TX 77225

Thank you so much for your support!

Buffalo Speedway Sewer Line Construction

In March 2023, our civic club learned of a construction project that is going to impact some of our residents and the neighborhood in these early summer months through at least the rest of the 2023 year.

It’s a project to increase the size of the sewer lines coming from NRG Park and possibly other surrounding properties. The construction / work began a few months ago. You may have noticed the construction at the corner of Main St / Murworth. It’s going to travel down Murworth then to Buffalo Speedway and along the east side of the street all the way to the bayou and eventually to the West U treatment plant on N. Braeswood near Kirby. For more details please review the project link below.

https://www.engagehouston.org/westridge-regional-lift-station

The city is supposed to be communicating with affected residents which is likely just those properties along Buffalo Speedway.

The civic club and the Braeswood Super Neighborhood has representation attending Monthly project meetings and will try to keep residents updated on any newsworthy updates. Should a homeowner have a concern, please reach out to the project manager, Edwin Lloyd at elloyd@lsa-engineers.com.
